Patients
How it Works: A Step-by-Step Overview
01
We Receive Your Referral
Your doctor’s office will send us your information. Once it’s received, we’ll immediately begin working on your case.
02
You’re Assigned a Patient Advocate
No phone trees. No long hold times. You’ll have direct access to a dedicated patient advocate – your go-to person for questions, updates, and support from day one.
03
We Handle Insurance & Copay Assistance
We’ll submit prior authorizations, handle appeals if needed, and work to find copay solutions to reduce your costs.
04
Scheduling Your Infusion
Once approved, we’ll coordinate your infusion – either at home 24/7 with a nurse or at our care suite, based on what’s most comfortable for you and/or what your insurance requires.
05
Ongoing Support & Follow-Up
After your treatment, we’ll check in with you and your provider to make sure everything went smoothly. We’ll be there for future treatments and every step in between.
