In-Home Therapy for Government Insured Patients

This is a meaningful way we support patients and their families. Most Medicare and Medicaid patients are forced into infusion suites during work hours requiring transportation, a caregiver to accompany them, 4-8 hours in-suite stays, etc. We change that.
Vital Care of Grand Rapids provides in-home infusion therapy for government insured patients, allowing them to receive care safely, comfortably, and with dignity – in their own home.
